The Convention

What Else:
: In order to get a discount on the rooms we have to have 11+ people say they are getting rooms that weekend for the convention. Rooms are normally around $80, but can be bumped down to $70 with the group rate. Pricing for the convention area room also goes down! So please, if you get a room at Quality Inn, let them know why by saying you are coming that weekend to go to Bokudou-Con!

Note: If you include your email address, we can reach you super fast with any questions we may have! If you include your phone number, we can reach you pretty easily with any questions we may have! But if you just include your address... we may not be able to reach you in time with questions or information we need you for!

  1. I want to come to the convention! --

    2. Below is the pricing for convention tickets. Children 5 and under get in free with the purchase of a ticket, but do mention them when registering. To register, mail in the names of those attending (for badge pickup the day of the convention) and a check or money order to:

    May 7th to June 30th: Saturday Only or Sunday Only $10, Saturday and Sunday $15
    July 1st to July 31st: Saturday Only or Sunday Only $12, Saturday and Sunday $17
    At the door: Saturday Only or Sunday Only $15, Saturday and Sunday $20

  2. I want to enter the art contest! --
    3. In order to enter the art contest send in your name, the size of your art piece, the medium it is rendered in (digital is accepted too!), how you would like it displayed (laid on a table, hung, etc), and $5 in check or money order to the the above address. There will be cash prizes for this contest.

  3. I want to enter the costume contest/skit contest! --
    4. There is no cost to enter the costume contest or skit contest! But, we do need you to sign up for them! For costume contest, please give us your name, age, and who you are dressed as. For the skit contest, please give us your name and the name of all those involved in the skit, ages of all involved, title of your group, any information about your group you would like to be shared with the audience, title of your skit, length of your skit, and characters portrayed within the skit. For either contest applications, PLEASE INCLUDE A WAY TO CONTACT YOU! That way we can let you know which day you will be performing.

    **Costume Rules**
    Even if you are not entering the contests, your costume needs to be family friendly! Sexy no jutsu looks very interesting when well done, but can make parents uncomfortable. If your butt is hanging out more that it's covered... yeah, that too is a little family unfriendly. So please take into consideration your skin to clothing ratio before deciding what to dress up as for this convention! We would like you to have fun, just not at the expense of others!
    And please, no Man Faye's?

  4. I want to have a booth in the vendor room! --
    5. Table space is limited, so please request space through email first (jody.russell@okstate.edu). Include your name, table/business name, contact information, what you will be selling, and how many tables you think you will need. You will then be answered within 24 hours, letting you know if your application has been accepted. Tables space for vendors is priced at $30 for the two days.

    Disclaimer: If you have adult items to sell, you will be asked to remove them for the general browsing area. If you are found to be discussing anything of an adult nature in a loud fashion, are using coarse language, or engaging in inappropriate conversation, you will be warned by the Con Security. Many of our attendees are younger fans, and we wish to make their involvement with this Con an enjoyable one. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

    Those who wish to sell artwork are also asked to purchase a table for the weekend. You have the option of only selling artwork one day at $15 for that day. Table space is limited, so please request space through email first (jody.russell@okstate.edu). Include your name, contact information, and how many tables you think you will need. You will then be answered within 24 hours, letting you know if your application has been accepted.

  5. I want to donate to the prize basket! I want to buy advertisement space! --
    6. Donating to the prize basket gets you and/or your company's name on the convention program.

    If you would like an actual advertisement on the convention program please email Jody (jody.russell@okstate.edu) to check for space availability, and a price quote for the space size you need.
