60th Annual SHRM Conference

The Society for Human Resource Management's Student Program was created in 1965 to promote mutually beneficial interaction between HRM students and practitioners. HR Internship

Seeking a student pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and communication skills. This role will provide administrative support to recruiters, as well as provide applicant flow; which includes reviewing applications, scheduling pre-employment skills testing and interviews.

This position is located in North OKC and offers a flexible work schedule of 20-25+ hours.

HR Internship

The qualified candidate will assist in the management of applicant flow, which includes reviewing applications, scheduling pre-employment skills testing and interviews, as well as adding/ updating candidate information in our applicant tracking system. This role will also provide administrative support to recruiters to include contacting references, preparing letters, and scanning/ faxing documents as needed. The qualified candidate will also assist with special projects when necessary.  This position is located in our corporate office in North Oklahoma City and we offer a flexible work schedule of 20-25+ hours per week.

We are seeking a student pursuing a degree in Human Resources management who, at a minimum, is classified as Junior as of the Fall of 2007. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong knowledge and experience using windows software such as Word and Excel. Diversity Internship

Performs a variety of duties related to assigned area. This may include opportunities to observe various work processes performed by others in a mentoring atmosphere, working on special department projects, as well as involvement with other Diversity Internship employees and project work and duties as requested. This position offers individuals the chance to develop and display abilities while observing the opportunities Shelter has to offer. At graduation interns may be considered for full-time or part-time positions upon application.

Requirements:

    * Open to college students with at least sophomore standing.
    * $10.74 per hour for full-time summer internship.
    * Skills and the ability to perform essential functions described in job description.
    * Satisfactory work history and excellent attendance record.
