Clyde D. Haston

A native of Tribbey, OK, Clyde Haston graduated from Oklahoma A&M College in 1920 with a degree in Agriculture.  He received a master's degree in the same field in 1928.  After graduation, he moved to Pryor, OK and worked as a project manager for SCS.  He served Kappa Kappa Psi as its first Grand (National) 2nd Vice-President.  Clyde passed away September 16, 1964, and is buried with his wife Hazel in Stillwater, OK.

Collegiate Activities

1915-16 - Agriculture freshman.  Held rank of Private in Military Band (cornet).  Omega Literary Society, Aggie Society.

1916-17 - Agriculture freshman.  Held rank of Sergeant in Military Band (cornet).  Omega Literary Society, Aggie Society, Boys Glee Club.

1917-18 - Member of Military Band.

1918-19 - Member of Student Army Training Corps.  Drum major of Military Band, Sigma Tau Fraternity, Grange, Aggie Society, Boys Glee Club.

1919-20 - Founding Father of Kappa Kappa Psi, serving on the Fraternity Pin Design and Coat of Arms Committee, where he helped design the Fraternity Badge.
