Clayton E. Soule
"He is wise, he is witty, he is in love, what a pity!"

Born June 24, 1897, and a native of Nowata, OK, Clayton Soule graduated from Oklahoma A&M College in 1921 with a degree in Engineering. He served Kappa Kappa Psi as its first Grand (National) Secretary. After graduation, he worked as an engineer for OG&E. He was active with the Boy Scouts and was also a member of the Oklahoma Camera Club, winning numerous awards for his pictures. Clayton passed away August 10, 1990, at the age of 93. He is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery in Oklahoma City.
Collegiate Activities
1915-16 - Engineering freshman.
1916-17 - Engineering freshman. Held rank of Private in Military Band (tuba).
1917-18 - Sophomore, tuba player in Military Band.
1918-19 - Member of Student Army Training Corps.
1919-20 - Founding Father of Kappa Kappa Psi, serving on the Ritual Committee and as the Alpha Chapter's first Secretary-Treasurer.
Engineering Society, tuba player in College Band, Corporal in Regimental Band, Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, American Institute of Electrical Engineers.
